There are two different HOAs in Millwood Farms Subdivision. Millwood Farms was built in 3 phases. Phase 1 and 2 have a different HOA from Phase 3. Phase 1 and 2 include streets Woodtree Lane, Woodtree Ct, Woodash Lane, Woodash Ct, Millash Trail, Millhollow Ter and houses 3261, 3281, 3291, 3266, 3276 and 3286 on Millash Run. The rest of the houses on Millash Run and those on Milloak Ct and Millpine Ct are in Phase 3.

Message to ALL..
- Make sure to water your flowers and delicate plants at least every other day. Due to no rain in few weeks, it is creating a drought and dryness situation for plants.
- Keep your grass cut and don't forget to water them at least once a week in case of no rain.
- While walking your dogs, please keep them on leash and pick up after them as a courtesy to others.
